Testing Tuesday
Doing It?
If you are having sex and are aged 16 to 24 years, then you are most at risk of getting sexually transmitted infections (STIs). These can be embarrassing and painful, but getting a test isn’t, so consider getting an STI check up. Visit your nearest Youth Clinic, Contraception and Sexual Health (CaSH) service or Genito Urinary Medicine (GUM) service. Wherever you choose to go, it will be free and confidential.

Where to Go Wednesday
Knowing more is the best way to protect yourself
Should I have sex? What contraception could I use? What are the symptoms of STIs? If you have just one or lots of questions, visit a Youth Clinic, CaSH service, GP or GUM service for help and support to get the answers you are looking for. They are there to help.

Think About It Thursday
Everyone Deserves Respect
All relationships are different, and sometimes even complicated, but the most important thing is that you’re happy with your choices. Nobody should be forcing you to do anything you feel uncomfortable with, set your limits and stick to them. There is no excuse for abuse, violence or bullying. Talk to someone you trust if need to check things out.
